Pies...who doesn't live them, we certainly do and we are lucky enough to be good friends with one of the best pie makers in Aberdeenshire
Wark Farm hand crafted pies are fully made from scratch at the farm, including their golden pastry, which is our own secret hot water pastry recipe. The beef and lamb used are from our own aged Belted Galloway cattle and Hebridean sheep, while the pork comes from another local farm, 15 minutes further away from Wark Farm. Vegetables are also sourced locally.
